101 Morningside is a 11-story, 22-unit mixed-use building in South Harlem between 123rd and 124th streets. The 66,000 square foot new construction converted an existing building into condominium units with St. Luke Baptist Church occupying 8,000 square feet of the cellar and ground levels.
