Press Builders constructed a 16-story, ground-up condominium building with ground-floor retail space in the heart of the Upper East Side. The boutique project incorporates a Parisian influence with French limestone. The ornate structure accommodates eight two- to five- bedroom residences, including a duplex townhouse with a private garden and a triplex penthouse designed by world renowned firm, Cabinet Alberto Pinto.
