Press Builders converted an existing nine-story commercial office building into a 12-story, 124 unit luxury residential property for Luna LIC. Press Builders worked in close coordination with the MTA to ensure that the project, located in proximity to the Queensboro Bridge, proceeded without complications. The building offers a variety of 124 residential formats ranging from studios and one- bedrooms to two-bedrooms and duplexes with private terraces.
