This newly developed, steel-facade commercial building is a 10-story, 120-foot-tall structure located on Eighth Avenue and 14th Street, above the 8th Avenue subway station at the crossroads of Chelsea, the West Village and the Meatpacking District. Press Builders worked with numerous city agencies including MTA and DOT to plan and execute complex construction cantilevered over the subway tunnel.
