Aaron Hotmar brings to Press Builders 20 years of diversified experience in construction management. He has managed a variety of projects in New York City and throughout the tri-state region that include residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality buildings. He is responsible for the overall performance and success of projects within his charge, overseeing daily construction activities of subcontractors and managing the coordination of efforts between field operations, administration, accounting, ownership, the design team, and local government to achieve the timely completion of projects. Prior to joining Press Builders, Aaron served on the project team for a number of new and alteration construction projects, including Harborside Plaza One, Red Bank Corporate Plaza, SoHo Mondrian Hotel, Gotham West and 180 Water Street. Having hands-on experience in various positions within his field has contributed to his success. He holds a bachelor of science in business management from William Paterson University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
