Prior to moving to the U.S., Sam worked in the booming construction market in Melbourne, Australia, completing a range of industrial and commercial projects for the private sector and successfully delivering on construction contracts for government clients. Sam holds dual degrees in real estate and construction – a Bachelor of Planning & Design and a Bachelor of Property & Construction – from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
