Thomas Socha is one of the Press Builders’ key superintendents, and his experience adds enormous value to the firm’s project portfolio and client roster. Some of Tom’s notable projects include the 800,000-square-foot World Trade Center Transportation Hub, which he worked on as part of the Tishman/Turner joint venture, and more recently the successful delivery of the 42-story boutique Aliz Hotel in Midtown West. Tom also has strong residential experience, including a range of successfully completed multi-family projects and high-end single-family homes. In addition to his construction accreditations and superintendent license, Tom holds a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Rhode Island and bachelor’s in construction engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
